I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Beth

I'm a public policy specialist and clinical social worker with a breadth of experience across outpatient, forensic, and hospital settings.

I currently offer clinical supervision, mitigation services, and individual therapy, drawing on my systems-level and clinical background to support people experiencing a wide range of life circumstances.

My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed principles, meaning I prioritize emotional safety and autonomy, while staying attentive to how power and oppression may have shaped your life and choices. Your full context matters here.

In therapy, this looks like a collaborative relationship grounded in connection and care, built at your pace. My approach draws on relational, narrative, dialectical behavioral, and cognitive behavioral therapy, tailored to what best supports your growth, often alongside mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and slow down your mind.

In mitigation, this looks like presenting a fuller picture of your life to the court, through comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic assessments, and mitigation reports that contextualize behavior. My goal is to remind the court of your full humanity, highlighting the social and systemic factors that shaped your life, and advocating for treatment-oriented alternatives where appropriate.

In all things, I work to honor your agency and inherent resilience, helping you build on your strengths to discover a life you love.
